Environmental’s Mold Remediation Program is a comprehensive 5-step, 2 day program that will clean and remove existing mold, make the area safe again, and prevent future mold from returning:
1. HEPA Vacuum
2. Mold and mildew stain remover treatment
3. Air Scrubber cleans the air and prepares area for next treatment
4. Mold remediation and protection treatment
5. Installation of dehumidifier
First, if there is any water issues due to defects in the home present those must be fixed. Second, we need to bring down the humidity level in the treatment area by installing a dehumidifier. Mold cannot grow in low humidity environments.
Environmental’s annual service plan for mold is where we will come out 1x per year to check the treatment area to ensure it remains mold free, check the dehumidifier and replace or clean the filter. Most importantly the annual service plan includes a 1 year warranty.
